Our world is inching ever closer to the brink of World War III and the proof that such a disastrous global conflict is on our doorstep comes in the form of alliances we’re seeing come together between truly dangerous nations. Tayyip Erodogan, the president of Turkey, recently spoke with local media outlets in his country and stated that he’s seeking to build partnerships with Russia, Iran, and Syria against Israel. And that is a truly terrifying alliance of countries, especially for Israel.
The reason for such a partnership? To help protect “Syria’s territorial integrity.”
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoǧan told local media on Saturday that Russia, Iran and Syria should do more to protect Syria’s “territorial integrity.”
“It is essential that Russia, Iran and Syria take more effective measures against this situation, which poses the greatest threat to Syria’s territorial integrity,” Erdoǧan said when asked about the recent alleged Israeli airstrike in the nation’s capital, Damascus.
We already know that Iran and Syria work pretty closely together so that alliance is already a done deal. However, what about Russia and Turkey? Sure, the Russians are pretty busy at the moment with the conflict in Ukraine, which has soaked up so many of the country’s resources they really don’t have any to spare for another war in the Middle East. Turkey is a member of NATO and they could lose their status if they jump into bed with Erdogan and get involved in any efforts made against Israel.
Okay so what about Iran and Syria? Well, they’re already fighting against Israel. The Israel Defense Force is doing a lot of bombing missions in Syria and Iranians have recently launched 200 missiles into Israel.
At this time, we’re waiting for Israel to respond to that assault. However, Iran has already told the Biden administration informing them that they will be responding to any attacks made by Israel.
Iran has informed the United States that it will retaliate against any new attack by Israel, a source in Tehran told CNN. Iran’s government has also been engaging in urgent diplomatic efforts with countries in the Middle East to gauge whether it can reduce the scale of Israel’s response to its missile attack earlier this month and — if that fails — help protect the capital, sources say.
Could this be the long awaited final battle between Israel and Iran? Neither country is backing down. We’re definitely going to see them go toe-to-toe. However, as all of that is happening, the IDF is dropping bomb after bomb on Hezbollah targets all over Lebanon.
Israel expanded its targets in its war with Hezbollah militants in Lebanon on Monday, killing at least 21 people in an airstrike in the north, health officials said, while millions of Israelis took shelter from projectiles fired back across the border. So far the main focus of Israel’s military operations in Lebanon has been in the south, the Bekaa Valley in the east and the suburbs of Beirut.
Escalation of tension and violence is all but a guarantee in the coming days. However, we’re all just waiting with our breath held for when things are going to spark up. But while everyone has eyes on the Middle East, Russia and China are taking full advantage of the distraction to build closer ties with one another.
Russian Defense Minister Andrei Belousov arrived in Beijing Monday for talks with his Chinese counterpart, who called for strengthening military cooperation between the two countries. Moscow and Beijing have forged closer ties since the full-scale invasion of Ukraine in February 2022, an alliance that has sparked anxiety in the West as both countries seek to expand their global influence.
As stated before, major alliances are being made that are clearly leading to a revival of Axis and Allied forces for a third global war. Now is the perfect time to prepare for the inevitable and ensure you and your family have everything you need should the worst case scenario — nuclear warfare — take place.
And be sure to engage in prayer. Lots and lots of prayer. We’re going to need all the divine help we can get.
