Federal law enforcement has arrested 28-year-old Anas Said, a Muslim, in the great state of Texas, where he has been charged with providing material support to radical terrorist organization ISIS, one of the most vile and wicked group of Islamic extremists in the world. Said was taken into custody just a week ago when the FBI executed search warrants for his home, vehicle, and his electronic devices. This is what the bureau needs to be working on instead of going after the deep state’s political enemies. If the agency focuses on its actual mission, maybe there’s hope that one day it can be full of heroes instead of liberty siphoning villains.
“Analysis of the seized devices ultimately revealed Said’s activities relating to the creation and dissemination of propaganda on behalf of ISIS,” the Department of Justice went on to reveal in a statement.
Check out additional details via The Daily Wire:
The propaganda was found on “multiple social media accounts” linked to Said, which contained “messages and posts that allegedly revealed that Said supported ISIS and the violent attacks carried out in its name.” If convicted, Said faces up to 20 years in federal prison and up to $250,000 in fines. His attorney, Balemar Zuniga, downplayed the charges and the claim that his client was planning an attack, saying: “The indictment only alleges that he supported a terrorist group through the production of videos and propaganda.”
However, after being taken into custody, the FBI said that the suspect admitted to researching how to conduct an attack on local military recruiting centers, offering his home as safe sanctuary to ISIS operatives, bragging he would commit a “9/11-style” attack if he had the resources, and attempting to produce ISIS propaganda.

A report from right-of-center news organization Fox News revealed that Said originally popped up on the FBI’s radar way back in 2017 after the agency received a tip that the 28-year-old had purchase pro-ISIS stickers. Who knew terrorist organizations were now making merch? The brainwashing these sick and twisted people put their potential recruits through is nothing short of amazing. They will do whatever it takes to appeal to young men who are lost and have no direction or purpose in life.
The report said that he allegedly began supporting ISIS after he and his family returned to the U.S. from Lebanon around 2015. Meta informed federal law enforcement that Said had 11 Facebook accounts that he was allegedly using to support ISIS. Said’s family members had “expressed their concerns” about his activities in interviews with law enforcement, the report said. When the FBI executed its search warrant last week, he allegedly refused to comply and tried to destroy his phone, the report said.
“I am grateful for the swift and diligent work of @FBIHouston and other local law enforcement agencies to arrest Anas Said who was planning, researching, and recruiting to execute a terrorist attack in Houston,” stated Sen. Ted Cruz, a Republican who hails from the Lone Star State. “Let his arrest be an example: We will find you and prosecute you to the fullest extent of the law,” the senator went on to add.
What’s truly terrifying about all of this is that there could be thousands of people just like Said roaming all over the nation, plotting a million and one ways to kill innocent folk, thanks to President Joe Biden’s “open border” policy. We know for a fact that people whose names are on the watch list have entered the nation illegally and have disappeared into thin air. This is just one major reason why we need President-elect Trump. His mass deportation operation will help reduce that threat some.
However, we will probably end up missing a few and that means there’s always a threat of violence from extremists running in the background.
